During my time at KPFF we have brought on three new marketers with no prior experience in AEC proposal creation, and I was responsible for training each of them. I created this visual aid to help our new hires (and future ones) understand the bigger picture when it comes to proposals, and how their work on RFI and RFP responses fits into the overall process.
