INDEPENDENT DISTRICT COMMISSION FINAL REPORT
REPORT DESIGN FOR flo analytics and the CITY OF PORTLAND
FLO Analytics and The City of Portland recently determined district boundaries for four new voting districts as part of the City of Portland Transition. At the conclusion of the six-month-long project, I worked with FLO and the City to create an 84-page final report. The report details the districting process and results, including plan criteria, mapping considerations, public engagement efforts, final district maps, and lessons learned.
During this project I collaborated with FLO Analytics and the City of Portland, working with the City’s brand guidelines to create a consistent and distinctive visual language for the report. I created a suite of matching diagrams using this brand look, and identified opportunities for photographic imagery throughout.
