ORCHARD T-SHIRT DESIGN
FREELANCE ILLUSTRATION FOR COLLINS FAMILY ORCHARDS
Collins Family Orchards commissioned an illustration of their orchards for screen printed t-shirts and hoodies. The owner wanted a pencil sketch look, and something reminiscent of vintage fruit crates. I combined imagery from vintage illustrations and multiple reference photos of the client’s orchards in Selah, WA to create this design. We featured the company’s date of establishment and best-selling peaches in the foreground. I created the illustration by hand and then modified it in Photoshop to ensure image quality as a screen-printed design - it was printed on the backs of the shirts and the company name was printed on the front.
