BRANDING AND RESPONSIVE WEBSITE DESIGN
MOCK-Up concepts FOR A FICTIONAL BAKERY
I’m trained in both print and web design and have worked on a variety of projects in both areas, but my experience has leaned more toward print production. I’m looking to work on more web-based projects in the near future, particularly website design, so I created these mock-up concepts to showcase my skills.
I started by conceptualizing a fictional company - their work, history, customer base, image, and marketing goals. I then created a logo and overall brand look, and a plan to meet the company’s needs with a warm, inviting, appetizing and intuitive website design. Seasonal marketing messaging can easily be customized in the mid-section of the homepage, ensuring that customers will find something fresh each time they stop by Rosianna’s! The full bakery menu is included via secondary nav bar, along with a separate page for the “About” section. Location and contact info are prominently featured in the site-wide footer and can also be reached via a programmed auto-scroll to the bottom of the page when these items are clicked in the top nav bar.
